Orders & Shipping
- We offer UPS Ground and USPS Priority for all standard shipping, and your merchandise should be delivered within 6-10 business days (for US orders). We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we can give you an approximation. All shipping charges are based on weight and location with real-time shipping cost calculations. Please note that you are charged actual shipping costs. All carriers have raised shipping prices since the start of 2021. If you are overcharged on actual shipping costs, the amount left over will be put on your account towards your next order.
- Shipping within Indiana will be subject to state tax (7%).
- Please provide a street address if you select UPS, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
- All merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days of when your order is processed and your payment is received.
- Any online orders placed for in-store pick-up will be subject to a processing fee.
- We also offer international delivery via USPS only, and all shipping charges are based on weight and location. You will be responsible for any customs fees upon arrival in your country. We cannot change the prices of our items to avoid customs fees. All items and prices will be listed on the customs forms for insurance purposes.
- We cannot guarantee any delivery dates or times. We will be responsible to ship out in a timely manner (within 2 business days of the order date). All shipping inquiries, lost or damaged packages or late arrivals should be dealt with the shipping company directly.
- We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on the price of your Website orders (not the cost of shipping). If you do not like an item that you ordered, you may send it back to us at your cost. We can only accept returns on items that are unworn & in their original condition. We reserve the right to deny your refund if this criteria is not met.
- Please allow 2-6 business days for your refund to process back to your account. We cannot be responsible for any overdraft fees charged to your account.
- Opened packages of underwear returned to us will be denied a refund.
- Any in-store purchases are Exchange only, unless otherwise noted as Not Exchangeable. We do not do Cash Refunds for in-store purchases.
