Orders & Shipping

• We offer UPS Ground for all standard shipping, and your merchandise will be delivered within 6-10 business days.  Standard shipping includes the USA, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.  All shipping charges are based on weight.
• Shipping within Indiana will be subject to state tax (7%).
• Please provide a street address as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
• All merchandise will be shipped as soon as your order is processed and your payment is received.
• Any online orders placed for in-store pick-up will be subject to a processing fee.
• We also offer international delivery via USPS Express only, and all shipping charges are based on weight. There will be a $5 customs form fee added to your order, and you will be responsible for any customs fees upon arrival in your country. We are unable to ship to Nigeria.

Returns

• We guarantee you will be happy with your purchase.  We offer a 30-day money back guarantee.  If you do not like an item that you ordered, you may send it back to us at your cost.  We can only accept returns on items that are unworn & in their original condition.  We reserve the right to deny your refund if this criteria is not met.  Please allow 2-6 business days for your refund to process back to your account.  We cannot be responsible for any overdraft fees charged to your account.
• If we find that we shipped the wrong item, we will be happy to replace it with the correct item and refund your return shipping cost (by priority mail only).

Privacy

• We do not give, sell, or trade any customer information to third parties.
• Our website uses "cookies" to keep track of your shopping cart items.
• Your credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption for your security, and the information is not visible on any webpage.
• Our website does not store any information that is not intentionally collected from our customers, such as surveys or account registration.  This information is only collected to give our customers an opportunity to receive notification about new products or sales placed on our website.  Customers who supply us with a phone number will only receive calls with information pertaining to orders placed online.
